TIMELINES & SHIPPING
Limited edition prints are a manufactured item and it takes up to 5 working days to be created and sent to you.
Shipping is tracked and you will receive your tracking number by e-mail once your order has been shipped.
Shipping time is between 3 and 5 working days for EU, and up to 5-10 working days outside EU.
So, overall, expect to receive your item between 10 working days (or two weeks).
CANCEL & RETURN
CANCEL
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after the purchase – just e-mail at orders@paulafazlich.com and the order will be canceled and you’ll be fully refunded withing 3 days.
You may also cancel the order within 14 days after you receive your goods (see return).
RETURN
For countries in EU:
Please e-mail me at orders@paulafazlich.com and return your order to me in its original condition, with any seals and shrink wrap intact within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please enclose the original delivery details to help me identify your order.
Goods must be returned at your own cost and I would recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery. Return of already opened / used items is not possible.
I’ll refund your order 14 days after I receive the item back in good condition.
Outside EU:
Please e-mail me at orders@paulafazlich.com and return your order to me in its original condition, with any seals and shrink wrap intact within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please enclose the original delivery details to help me identify your order.
Items delivered to an address outside EU must be returned within 30 days of the cancellation date, unused, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and accompanied by the original delivery details to help me identify your order.
Goods must be returned at your own cost and I would recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery.
Return of already opened / used items is not possible.
