Who am I? I am a dreamer. A traveller between time and space. I create Art since the very beginning of my earthly path – Art, devoted to the light in the darkness, illuminating all that is lurking in its corners. Eexploration of shadows and mysteries. Delving into the depths of human psyche and beyond.
I am a creative entity that refused to be tamed and fit into a certain frame. All of my work is inspired by channeled messages during my ritualistic practices, by my dreams or certain enlightening moments from my own human existence. I never do Art to please someone or ‘just to be out there’. I create for it is my way of breathing fire into this world and illuminate my own sight. Draconis. A torch bearer. A witch. An Artist. A woman. A vessel. The term is meaningless, when there is the Art in front of you – delve in it with an open mind and soul.

What I do with my Art might be considered a ritual between mind, heart, soul, magick and philosophy.
I draw and paint with light medium on completely black canvas. Sometimes, I include my favorite shades of red. The color of blood is one of my all-time favorites.
As one great artist once said, “A painter should begin every canvas with a wash of black, because all things in nature are dark except where exposed by the light”.
My style of creation also has a lot to do with the Shadow concept of Carl Jung – I am strongly inspired by his work.
Disclaimer:
I’ve never aimed for doing a “popular” or “well-accepted” Art, “expensive gallery Art”, “instagram influencer Art” & etc. This is my pure expression, something sacred. So If my Art connects with your soul on some level… then I’d say it’s a beautiful symbiosis.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (most of the time).
Nationality: Bulgarian with Croatian roots.
Art Style: Shadowism, Enlightening Art, light medium on black canvas.
Mediums: Traditional (different types, mixed media), NO AI.
Availability for interviews: My Art speaks enough for itself, so I don’t really find a meaning in giving interviews. I am an Artist, not a celebrity. I don’t like needless attention or other distractions from the main topic – THE ART. Nevertheless, if someone shows a decent interest, I would consider answering to your questions – just write to info@paulafazlich.com .
If you are writing from the behalf of a media, please, always mention it and have in mind that I would give an interview only to passionate underground zines/webzines, if I ever decide to do so.
