1. Copyright.
This website contains the unique original Art and words of Paula Fazlich, with or without signature, therefore ALL of the content in this website is COPYRIGHTED, including the web design of the pages and the website code. All Artworks are created by Paula Fazlich and can not be shared, altered or reproduced without permission.
2. Terms of use.
2.1. You are not allowed to use any of the published works commercially without the exclusive written permission of the Artist.
2.2. You are not allowed to modify or edit any of the works of the Artist without Her permission.
2.3. Make sure to mention the source and owner(s) of the artwork(s) if you share them, to avoid others from stealing and using them without permission.
2.4. Even though I highly appreciate it when my art is shared and loved by others, if you use my art as your facebook or instagram profile pictires, or share it elsewhere, please always mention the source and the fact that the image is copyrighted. If someone finds the image and decides to use it without knowing this information, they can get into a serious legal trouble. You, too.
2.5. When you buy an art print, you do not own the copyright for the artwork. Same is valid for original drawings and paintings, althought in this case you own the original. Paula Fazlich is the sole owner of the rights of the art and the only way to get some rights for commercial use is by purchasing license from the Artist. The images with available license can be found in DIGITAL LICENSE.
2.6.You are not allowed to use any of the content in this website or at the Artist’s social media accounts to create an AI generated content.
2.7. You are not allowed to copy the concepts and composition of the work of Paula Fazlich or alter it in any way. In case you decide to copy her work or ideas without her explicit written permission, your actions might be pursued by law and also receive decent social exposure. Art is pure expression – if you can’t come up with something that is 100% your own and have nothing original or real to say, then do not create art at all.
3.ORDERS OF PRINTS AND ORIGINALS.
3.1. Orders of original works and art prints are being paid to the BANK ACCOUNT of Absinthe Ltd. (Paula Fazlich’s art company with registration number: 205748409) via the platform of MyPos or via normal bank trasfer.
3.2. When your order is confirmed and paid, you receive a .pdf file to your e-mail with your oder & delivery details.
3.3.Orders are shipped between 3-7 days, but the exact time will be communicated with you additionally.
3.4. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES are possible since we are talking about custom original works of Art.
4.LICENSE.
4.1. Each license is obtained by sending an e-mail at info@paulafazlich.com , previewing the license agreement, signing the license agreement and paying for the license. The process is very simple and you might have a licensed image within 2 -3 days, or less.
4.2. When the Artist receives the payment for the license of her work, she will sign the agreement you’ve already signed and will send you a copy of the license agreement signed from both sides – you and her, together with a link to the licensed files, where you can download them with a code.
4.3.You own the license ONLY after the license agreement is signed by both sides – digitally via Evrotrust, and you’ve received an e-mail with a confirmation and link with the files whose license you’ve bought.
4.4. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES are possible after the agreement is signed by you.
PLEASE, NOTE:
Any violations will be pursued by LAW. It is really important to remember that all of Paula Fazlich’s works, including text works and content in different forms, are protected under the Bulgarian copyright laws (no matter if they are showcased here or on social media) and can’t be used without the artist’s permission in any way.
